On behalf of a fast-growing international e-commerce company, PeoItaly is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize warehouse operations at the client’s Italian logistics site in Premariacco.
Our client is a dynamic e-commerce company offering a broad and expanding range of products in the home, household, leisure, and hobby sectors. With continuous growth across European markets, the company is strengthening its logistics infrastructure and seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the team and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations independently, ensuring compliance with internal standards and service levels
- Lead and plan workforce deployment, including internal staff and external service providers
- Ensure efficient storage, inventory accuracy, and timely order picking and dispatch
- Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes and workflows
- Oversee local invoicing related to temporary labor and external logistics services
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for warehouse space optimization and performance improvements
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations or vocational training in a related technical or commercial field
- Proficiency with inventory management and/or warehouse/transport systems (SAP, OPUS and etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Valid forklift license will be considered as plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
capable of working independently
- Fluent in Italian, with a very good command of English and/or German (written and spoken)
- High level of reliability, precision, and resilience
