This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early‑career engineer to gain hands‑on experience contributing to the design and development of innovative bmedical devices /b that directly support patient care worldwide. /p pIn this role, you will work alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative, international environment, supporting hardware architecture, design, testing, and integration activities across a broad range of products and accessories. You’ll be encouraged to learn, ask questions, and grow your technical skills while contributing to real‑world engineering projects. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liSupport the design and development of electronic hardware for medical devices and accessories /li liAssist with schematic capture, component selection, and PCB layout using industry‑standard ECAD tools (e.g. Altium, Cadence, Mentor Graphics) /li liParticipate in design reviews and learn best practices in hardware development, testing, and documentation /li liSupport subsystem verification through analysis, lab testing, and troubleshooting /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams including mechanical design, systems engineering, test engineering, and manufacturing /li liAssist with development and execution of test strategies, including Design for Test (DFT), ICT, and FCT concepts /li liContribute to firmware or test software development (e.g. C/C++, Python, or C#) under guidance from senior engineers /li liLearn and follow Quality System procedures relevant to regulated medical device development /li liCommunicate progress, challenges, and results clearly to your team and manager /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 h3Education Background /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline /li liRecent graduate or early‑career engineer (internships, thesis work, or academic projects are a strong advantage) /li /ul h3Technical Skills (Nice to Have) /h3 ul liBasic understanding of analog and digital circuit design /li liExposure to PCB design and schematic capture tools /liliInterest in embedded systems, microcontrollers, or ARM‑based architectures /li liFamiliarity with programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or C# is a plus /li liAwareness of medical device standards (e.g. IEC 60601) is beneficial but not required /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise /li liClear communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team /li liGood organizational and time‑management skills /li liProactive mindset with attention to detail /li /ul h3Language Requirements /h3 ul libItalian proficiency is required /b for internal communication and collaboration /li liAbility to read and understand technical documentation in English /li /ul h3Travel /h3 ul liUp to b20% domestic and international travel /b, based on project needs /li /ul h3Why Join Us? /h3 pYou’ll be part of a company driven by a bPatient First /b culture, where quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement are at the core of everything we do.
