Double Consulting, founded in June 2005 by professionals from multinational companies and now part of Gruppo Lynx, is a company focused on Financial Services but also operating in other sectors. We are seeking a bright resource to join our "Consulting" Business Unit in Rome for a project with a well-known insurance client.
Position: Project Manager Office (PMO) for a multinational insurance transformation program (Credit Insurance).
Responsibilities:
* Support the Program Manager in defining KPIs and daily monitoring of activities using Jira.
* Prepare and document daily meetings, produce dashboards and reports for analysis and monitoring.
* Track project timelines, alerting PM and factory managers of approaching deadlines.
* Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders and prepare documentation for decision-making.
Requirements:
* Degree in economics or management; additional certifications are a plus.
* Mandatory experience in consulting companies.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience interfacing with development teams.
* Good communication, proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, team orientation.
* Goal-oriented work attitude.
* Fluent in English (to be assessed during interview).
Work location: Rome with Smart Working, with presence at the client site 3 days a week.
