As an IT Analyst in the automotive industry, you'll bring curiosity, problem-solving, and technical expertise to a fast-paced environment where innovation and collaboration drive success. Working closely with a global and diverse team, you’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing IT systems that directly impact dealer performance and customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
act as the first point of contact for dealers’ IT-related inquiries, focusing on Customer Technical Support (including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP)
Define IT project scope and objectives; perform feasibility analysis, develop detailed project plans, and manage resources (time, budget, and teams) to ensure successful project delivery
Manage IT projects that integrate CRM systems with the warranty process to improve customer satisfaction and streamline communication and data integration with 3rd party dealership management system
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues with dealers
Manage office IT assets, manage office IT assets, ensuring optimal performance and lifecycle maintenance
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong preference for experience in aftersales, parts inventory, or warranty management
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 administration, Intune, FTP Servers, and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Professional fluent in English and Italian
