Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead new business development in the Cosmetics Contract Manufacturing industry. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue opportunities with Cosmetic Brands.
Responsibilities:
* Actively establish relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
* Manage existing client accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and revenue sustainability.
* Travel as necessary to participate in Industry Tradeshows and Client meetings to foster relationships and explore new business opportunities.
* Develop and implement a clear sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Cosmetics Sales, with a proven track record of success.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate sales strategies and results.
* Based in Italy, with a deep understanding of the local market and its dynamics.
