The role works closely with management to deliver functional and technical expertise, contributing to the effective management of a portfolio of clients.Key Responsibilities

Manage payroll preparation and calculations accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and correct payment processingMaintain, monitor, and update complex employee and payroll data within SAP HRHandle and resolve issues related to Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll, escalated by Tier 1 or raised directly by client HR Business PartnersAdvise clients on the implementation and application of employment law, supporting them in resolving administrative, payroll, and legal mattersAct as a SAP HR key user for clients: gather change requests, prepare functional analyses, and support testing activitiesPrepare and generate reports using SAP HRInteract daily with clients and internal departments via phone and emailBuild and maintain strong, trust‐based relationships with clientsStay up to date with changes in employment law and regulationsProduce regular and ad hoc payroll reports and statistical analyses

Professional Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related fieldGood knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)Knowledge of SAP HR or other HR systems is considered a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of accuracy and strong adherence to deadlinesStrong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and diplomacyAbility to prioritize and organize work with minimal supervisionAbility to work autonomously while maintaining a strong team orientationStrong analytical and problem‐solving skillsGood command of English
