Learn more about our benefits. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Operational Financial Management /h3ulliDefines and monitors performance metrics, reporting progress against business unit and customer-specific goals. /li /ululliForecasts manpower, financial, and operational requirements for service activities including start-ups, warranties, service agreements, and paid services. /liliManages service projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion within budget. /liliOversees local inventory and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedures, ensuring compliance and cost control. /liliMaintains Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and warranty reserves in line with company targets. /li /ululliMonitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness, implementing corrective actions as needed to meet business objectives. /li /ul h3Customer Satisfaction Service Delivery /h3ulliServes as the primary interface for customer sites in Italy, ensuring service commitments are fulfilled and satisfaction is maintained. /liliEscalates system issues promptly according to established procedures to minimize downtime. /liliDelivers on guaranteed uptime and service parameters as agreed with customers. /liliAnticipates customer needs and drives the implementation of effective solutions to high-value problems. /li /ul h3Team Leadership Development /h3ulliInterviews, hires, and trains Customer Engineers (CEs) to support service operations. /liliFosters employee engagement through clear communication, goal setting, and career development planning. /liliPromotes a culture of safety and continuous learning, ensuring the team maintains required skills and certifications. /liliIdentifies and nurtures leadership potential and specialist talent within the team. /li /ul h3Quality Continuous Improvement /h3ulliLeads initiatives to improve service quality, reduce cycle time, and enhance technical performance. /liliEncourages workforce involvement in continuous improvement and operational excellence programs. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3ulliProven experience in field service management or a similar operational leadership role. /liliStrong understanding of service delivery, customer satisfaction, and team development. /liliExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. /liliAbility to manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics effectively. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3pbTime Type: /b Full time /ppbEmployee Type: /b Assignee / Regular /ppbTravel: /b Yes, 25% of the Time /ppbRelocation Eligible: /b No /p pApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
