Location
This role is open globally, but location is set in Europe with a preference for Italy (Sesto San Giovanni), Finland (Helsinki), Poland (Krakow), Spain (Madrid or Barcelona).
The work model is hybrid .
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Lead-to-Order Management and Analytics initiatives, driving conversion from marketing campaigns to business results and enabling data-driven decisions across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Lead-to-Order process, defining KPIs across leads, opportunities, orders, and conversion ratios, and building and maintaining CRM dashboards to track performance.
Design, deploy, and continuously enhance Power BI dashboards for Leadership, Regions, and LSUs, ensuring end-to-end visibility from lead source to order booked.
Analyze data (CRM, PowerBI) to identify trends, bottlenecks, and conversion gaps, translating insights into targeted improvement actions.
Own and continuously evolve global sales processes and tools (lead management, opportunity handling, order conversion), embedding analytics usage into daily execution.
Drive deployment, adoption, data quality, and capability building across LSUs, ensuring consistent use of CRM, analytics, and tools to improve conversion and overall sales performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or IT.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, marketing or commercial excellence.
Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Advanced expertise in Power BI and data visualization; experience with AI/ML techniques.
Familiarity with GenAI tools for analysis and content creation.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
International travel required.
Ability to interact confidently with management and present insights clearly.
Comfortable with reporting, stakeholder engagement, and driving strategic impact.
