The selected candidate will be based at our headquarters in Piombino Dese (Padova). /p pThe mission of this role is to create value and deliver results by supporting the execution of HR and people development programs within the assigned areas (Operations, Quality and Procurement). The Junior HR Business Partner ensures alignment between HR practices, the organizational framework, and the business strategy, acting as a trusted partner and change agent for line managers and teams. /p pThe role contributes to building effective working relationships, implementing sustainable and efficient HR processes, systems, and tools, and fostering employee engagement. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure the effective end-to-end management of HC OPEX budgeting (for both HQ and Denmark subsidiary) and HR processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, development and growth, and offboarding activities. /li liManage the recruitment process for the assigned areas, partnering with hiring managers to attract, select, and hire the best talent. /li liAct as a point of contact for Function Managers and their teams, supporting them throughout the different phases of the employee lifecycle and providing guidance on people development processes. /li liProvide coaching and support to line managers in the execution of HR strategies, people development programs, and day-to-day people management issues. /li liSupport business continuity by contributing to people management solutions such as job enlargement, job rotation, enrichment, and internal mobility initiatives. /li liEnsure that employee relations activities comply with applicable labor laws, collective labor agreements, and company policies related to development, compensation, and benefits. /li liSupport the implementation of people and organizational programs, models, and tools developed by the HR Centers of Expertise, ensuring their effective application within the assigned areas. /li liCoordinate the execution of HR processes in compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing across the organization. /li liEnsure the implementation of performance management, training, and development programs released by the relevant Centers of Expertise, providing timely and accurate feedback and insights to support continuous improvement and sustainable rollout. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience: At least 4 years of experience as an HR professional within a multinational company /li liExperience in an engineering company will be considered a plus /li liExperience in an international environment or working abroad will be considered a plus /li liStrong knowledge of HR management techniques, methodologies, and tools /li liData analysis and performance metrics: knowledge of relevant methodologies, techniques, tools, and applications /li liProficient in Excel and PowerPoint /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills /li liWillingness to travel /li liKey skills: Proactivity, goal orientation, business acumen, analytical mindset, and problem‑solving skills /li /ul h3Seniority level /h3 ul liAssociate /li /ul h3Employment type /h3 ul liFull-time /li /ul h3Job function /h3 ul liHuman Resources /li /ul h3Industries /h3 ul liPharmaceutical Manufacturing /li /ul pReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Stevanato Group by 2x /p pGet notified about new Human Resources Business Partner jobs in bPiombino Dese, Veneto, Italy /b. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
