This role ensures all facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with brand standards and legal regulations. The Engineering Manager reports to the Hotel Manager. /ppAs Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties: /pulliLead and manage the engineering team, ensuring effective scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. /liliDevelop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems. /liliEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including regular inspections and audits. /liliCoordinate with contractors and suppliers for outsourced maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects. /liliMonitor energy consumption and support sustainability initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. /liliManage the engineering budget, controlling costs while maintaining service quality. /liliRespond promptly to maintenance emergencies, minimizing downtime and guest inconvenience. /liliMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and compliance documentation. /liliCollaborate with other departments to support refurbishments, new installations, and technical upgrades. /liliEnsure the safety and functionality of all technical systems to provide a secure and comfortable environment for guests and colleagues. /li /ulpstrongAs Engineering Manager, we expect from you: /strong /pulliProven experience managing engineering operations in luxury hospitality or large-scale facilities. /liliStrong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance systems. /liliExcellent leadership and team management skills. /liliSound understanding of safety, environmental, and building regulations. /liliEffective problem-solving and organizational abilities. /liliExperience managing budgets and supplier relationships. /liliStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. /liliFlexibility to handle emergencies and work varied shifts. /liliFluency in English; other languages are advantageous. /liliDegree or technical certification in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. /li /ulpstrongOur commitment to you /strong /pulliLearning Development.
