Main Objectives of the Role
Support the growth and performance of the e‑retail channel across Europe
Ensure alignment with global E‑Business strategy and guidelines
Optimize digital execution and performance across key markets and partners
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure perfect execution of CARS (Content, Assortment, Rating & Reviews, Search) across E‑retailers’ platforms
Support the planning and optimization of E‑Retailers’ activation activities, in line with Commercial and Marketing priorities
Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams to streamline E‑commerce and Digital processes
Coordinate with local markets to align execution with Global guidelines and ensure correct go‑live of materials
Monitor and analyse E‑commerce KPIs (Sales, Market Share, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Traffic, SOV, SOS, Content Score)
Provide regular reporting and updates to EMEA, Sales and Marketing teams
Monitor competitors’ online activities across markets
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in E‑commerce/Digital roles
Strong knowledge of digital tools and MS Office (especially Excel)
Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Professional fluency in English
Experience in Beauty and/or Luxury Fashion sector is a plus
Accuracy, xjrgpwk reliability, and ability to work independently
Strong organisational skills
Team‑oriented mindset and collaborative attitude
Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment

Contract type: Indefinite contract
Working hours: Full‑time
Collective labour agreement (CCNL): Tessile, Abbigliamento e Moda
Compensation
Starting from: €35.000+ MBO
