Skills Management: You will be responsible for identifying short-, medium-, and long-term skills needs and the available competencies within TAS Italy. In cooperation with the learning team, you will define and implement strategies to develop these skills through recruitment, mobility, training, and development actions, in close collaboration with the relevant expertise centers.\nDiversity & Inclusion: You will lead the deployment of all D&I; initiatives within TAS Italy and actively participate in all Diversity & Inclusion programs launched at the GBU level.\nExpertise Path Coordination: You will coordinate and animate the expertise path with CTO within TAS Italy. You will define measures to enhance the attractiveness of this career path, including initiatives to increase gender balance.\nTalent Development: You will support the professional development of employees by organizing and facilitating initiatives such as webinars, co-development workshops, 360° feedback debrief sessions, and tailored training programs that meet the teams’ needs.
