Overview Mission: In this role, you shall support Epiroc General Manager- Mongolia and the local management team to develop a high performing leadership team and organization. You will own the full HR agenda-from strategic workforce planning to daily employee experience-ensuring that every people initiative drives the Epiroc Group and local business strategies forward. Responsibilities Work closely with General Manager and the local management team to develop and implement HR strategies that are in line with the Group strategy in the country and to support the business development. Work closely with the divisional HR VP and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the transparent communication and execution of divisional and Group policy, standards and programs cross Mongolia. Lead the HR function to provide guidance to managers at all levels on people management processes and activities according to the Epiroc Way. Implement and optimize the hire-to-retire practices to secure the effective acquisition, retention and development of talents based on business plan and competence needs. Drive the full recruitment cycle-sourcing, interviewing, hiring-and design robust onboarding programs that integrate new hires quickly and reinforce Epiroc culture. Create and administer competitive, market-based compensation and benefits strategies while ensuring full regulatory compliance. Assess training needs, design and deliver learning programs, and support leadership development and talent development initiatives. Strengthen the Epiroc culture and values through Group and local programs or activities; develop employee communication channel, strengthen employee engagement. Identify and drive specific and common Inclusion and Diversity actions cross the country. Maintain good relation with local government and community to communicate and promote the Epiroc brand. Competences, skills and experience Bachelor's degree or above, major in human recourse management, Business Administration etc. related area, or equivalent by experience. Minimum 5 years of HR experience in broad HR role with 2 years or more being in a managerial position. Knowledge of employment laws, procedures and HR best practices. Experience of working with SAP Success factors or other HR systems is highly desirable and has data analytics skills. Fluency in English and Mongolian languages.
