Reporting to the Industrial Compliance Manager, and integrated into the Finance Administration Department, the Industrial Compliance Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Audit and Risk Management function, with a specific focus on the evaluation and management of risks related to the compliance of subcontractors and suppliers of leather goods and footwear. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring that the company’s subcontractors and suppliers operate in compliance with internal and external laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to sustainability and ethics. /p ul liImproving the ethical and social practices of Subcontractors / Suppliers: /li liConduct on‑site audits and in‑depth assessments of subcontractors/suppliers, verifying compliance with company codes of conduct, industry standards, and applicable regulations. /li liDraft detailed audit reports, highlighting non‑conformities, areas for improvement, and recommendations. /li liImplement corrective actions with subcontractors/suppliers and verify their effectiveness. /li liSubcontractor / Supplier Risk Assessment and Management: /li liDevelop and implement strategies for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with subcontractor/supplier compliance (e.g., ethical, social, environmental, quality, safety risks). /li liConduct risk analyses on existing and potential subcontractors/suppliers, identifying areas of non‑compliance and proposing corrective actions. /li liStrengthening industrial compliance procedures, skills, and tools: /li liContribute to the development and updating of company policies and procedures related to subcontractor/supplier compliance. /li liPromote a culture of compliance among subcontractors/suppliers and within the company. /li liProvide training and support to internal teams (e.g., purchasing, production) on best practices for risk management and subcontractor/supplier compliance. /li liAssist subcontractors/suppliers in understanding and applying required compliance standards. /liliCoordination of all resources within the compliance ecosystem: /li liCollaborate closely with the Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Legal departments. /li liLiaise with certification bodies, external consultants, and other stakeholders. /li liPerformance Management: /li liConstantly monitor the regulatory landscape and industry best practices in compliance. /li liPrepare periodic reports on audit activities and risk levels for management. /li /ul h3PROFILE /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, Law, or related disciplines.
