Process payroll for all employees, in collaboration with external payroll suppliersReview and verify timekeeping records for accuracy and completenessMaintain accurate and confidential employee payroll recordsGenerate reports for business purposes based on accurate dataPrepare, review, and manage contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.Manage HRIS systems and related processes, ensuring data integrity, operational accuracy, and efficient system functionalityMaintain documentation and internal communications, standardizing processes to keep HR operational efficiency.Assist with audits related to payroll, benefits, and workers' compensationCollaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
University degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related fieldPrevious experience (at least 1 year) in HR, preferably in payroll and admin rolesStrong analytical and problem‐solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Self‐motivated and target‐oriented.Fluent in English and ItalianResidency permit to work in Italy
