F2 Financial S.r.l.s Agenzia in Attività Finanziaria is seeking a Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and monitor the agency's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), ensuring alignment with the brand image.
2. Create and develop digital advertising campaigns for Lead Generation and analyze digital KPIs (Meta / Google Ads).
3. Produce digital content (photos, videos, graphics, copywriting) for online communication channels.
4. Manage the company website (WordPress, SEO, copywriting, UX/UI).
5. Handle the company's CRM system.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
* Minimum experience in a similar role.
* Excellent knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and their functionalities.
* Experience with performance analysis tools (Google Analytics, Insights).
* Proficiency in MS Office suite is essential.
* Ability to identify trends in communication and digital marketing.
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
* Experience with marketing strategies for Lead Generation and KPI analysis (Meta / Google Ads).
