DAINESE, a global leader in protective solutions for motorcycling and dynamic sports, is looking for a Designer to join our R& D Dept on a maternity cover contract.ROLE & RESPONSIBILIES:The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Conducting market and trend research to support collection and product development;Defining graphic briefs at both collection and individual product level;Developing innovative product concepts and graphics through hand sketches and 2 D/3 D design software;Selecting colors, materials, and finishes in line with brand identity and product positioning;Supporting product development by defining technical specifications and collaborating closely with R& D and cross-functional teams;Creating 3 D files for rapid prototyping;Managing the graphic development of product packaging. REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Design;At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within structured sportswear/apparel companies (considered a plus);Fluency in English;Strong knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator or equivalent);3 D modeling skills for prototyping purposes;Proficient use of MS Office Suite;Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;Results-driven mindset;Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;Passion for Motorcycling and Outdoor Sports.
