He or she will be in charge of coaching the team, developing talents on a daily basis and evaluating performance of sales team members. /liliLead the department team through briefing, goal setting, training on the product category and feedback sharing. /liliCreate a team spirit whilst managing, motivating, and driving the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. /liliLead by example in demonstrating role model behavior. /liliMaximizing sales results as well as various performance indicators on the product categories. /liliStimulating sales results based on a very good knowledge of the world of luxury and fashion.
