The role oversees and coordinates external security patrol activities, leads the response to incidents and emergencies, and manages key control and access systems to protect people and property.\n\nSafety and Security\n\n- Work in coordination with the external health and safety consultant (RSPP) and relevant stakeholders to ensure the implementation and compliance with the DVR (Risk Assessment Document)\n- Ensure the application of property specific procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters).\n- Enforce company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment for associates, guests and suppliers.\n- Identify and correct unsafe procedures or conditions in all areas, report them to management and register them into the company system.\n- Use and supervise that appropriate personal protective clothing (PPE) is wore by staff and report to the upper management in case of negligence\n- Complete appropriate safety training and certifications to perform work tasks and deliver safety and security training to hotel associates \n- Maintain regular communication with local authorities, including police and other relevant agencies (Fire brigade, local embassy and municipality), to ensure proper coordination and compliance\nSurveillance\n\n- Oversee the operations and shift schedules of the external Security/Patrol team, ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with the service agreement.\n- Ensure that Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems are operated in compliance with current legislation and company standards.\n- Ensure the CCTV system HIK VISION is working properly and operative 24, reporting any malfunctions and being confident with it, in order to collect images or footage in case of need.\n- Ensure Security/Patrol team is vigilant and promptly identify any unauthorized or undesirable individuals on the property\n- Identify and correct unusual circumstances, safety violations, employee safety issues, or unresolved safety work orders, report them to management and register them into the company system\n- Ensure policies and procedures on property access for associates, suppliers and guests are communicated and followed.\nIncident/Emergency Response\n\n- Coordinate the emergency response team and oversee its operations during critical situations.\n- Provide assistance to guests and employees in the event of emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being\n- Respond to the scene of guest or employee accidents and determine if emergency aid is required.\n- Notify manager/supervisor, local police, or other appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents.\n- Complete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention and safety related incidents such as theft, accidents, physical hazards, and fire alarms.\n- Defuse guest or employee disturbances/altercations in accordance with company policies and procedures, including summoning appropriate authorities if necessary, and documenting incident.\n- Respond to domestic problems with guests and call for outside assistance if necessary.\n- Resolve safety hazard situations.\n- Handle business interruptions and complaints, such as suspicious individuals, civil disturbances or demonstrations, noise complaints, intoxicated individuals, etc.\n- Conduct follow-up investigations of all accidents, injuries, losses, or criminal acts occurring on the property.\nInvestigations/Reports\n\n- Maintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/d
