GENERAL ACCOUNTANT - Cusago
Salary range : €32,000 - €38,000 + €8 meal vouchers per working day

For our client, a global leader in industrial heating and thermal management solutions, operating across sectors such as energy, chemical, and manufacturing, we are looking for a General Accountant.
Overview
The Accountant is responsible for the accounting operations of the company including the preparation of periodic financial reports. Supports in executing all financial related activities and responsibilities and ensure that reported results comply with the US generally accepted accounting principles or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Maintain an orderly accounting system and accounting filing system.
* Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions and reconciliations.
* Assist in preparing timely and complete financial statements and reports.
* Ensure proper margin analysis.
* Supports the Operations team with financial information.
* Distribution of internal reports to the Affiliates.
* Assist Affiliates with any financial issues.
* Ensure compliance with local indirect tax and statistical reporting requirements.
* Support the local Controller with all departmental / financial matters.

Qualifications
* A locally respected Accounting degree or equivalent combination of education and proven experience.
* At least 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience in an international, industrial environment.
* Required experience with ERP Systems (preferably Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365)
* Strong preference working with SOX controls
* Strong preference proven track record working in a project organization (Time & materials and lumpsum contracts).
