We offer plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in a truly dynamic and easy-going environment. /ph3Tasks Responsibilities /h3olliManage the purchase of a category of selected raw materials and off-take across BA, negotiating the terms of the business relationship. /liliDevelop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies. /liliCoordinate between plants and TWS companies for raw materials and off-take categories to maximize aggregation effects while meeting individual production needs. /liliEnsure management is informed and involved regarding the category. /liliContinuously seek new supply alternatives in raw materials and off-take categories. /liliPropose measures to improve performance and achieve annual objectives. /liliContribute to developing TWS purchasing strategies. /liliResponsible for BA RM reporting and related strategic KPIs. /liliImplement purchasing plans aligned with TWS strategy, focusing on cost savings and task fulfillment for raw material categories. /liliMap and monitor supplier markets, innovations, relationships, and financial aspects within categories. /liliNegotiate within raw material categories and selected items. /liliAssist TWS companies in obtaining competitive bids. /liliMaintain procurement agendas, provide specifications, safety data sheets, and ordering data. /liliCollaborate closely with RD, manufacturing, and logistics teams. /liliSupport resolution of complaints, rejected deliveries, and ensure on-time deliveries. /liliConsider EMS and environmental care requirements when dealing with business partners. /li /olh3Key Requirements /h3ulliTechnical or Economical University Degree. /liliAt least 5 years of proven experience as a Purchasing Manager. /liliFluent in English (C1 level); additional languages are a plus. /liliProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, database management, and ERP systems (preferably M3 and SAP). /liliStrong analytical skills for data reporting and figures. /liliKnowledge of cost structures, business contracts, sourcing, and vendor management. /liliUnderstanding of internal controls for operational and regulatory compliance. /liliStrong leadership, judgment, and decision-making capabilities. /liliSelf-directed with the ability to meet deadlines amid changing priorities, with team leadership skills. /liliExcellent negotiation and networking skills. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
