Main Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of social compliance in accordance with set procedures and client requirements.
* Deliver well-structured and accurate reports within stipulated deadlines.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
* Interact effectively with internal team members, including training, coordination, and administrative support.
* Collaborate with colleagues (co-assessors) to achieve tasks during on-site assessments and reporting processes.
* Ensure adherence to company policies regarding integrity, confidentiality, and information security.
* Uphold the highest standards of schedule leakage, consultant conduct, and bribery prevention.
* Perform other assignments as required.

Requirements and Qualifications
* Education and Professional Background:
A graduate degree or higher in a relevant field such as Labor Law, Human Resources, Social Work, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Studies. The candidate should possess sufficient professional experience to meet the expectations for auditors.
* Legal and Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of international, national, and local laws and standards relevant to labor compliance. The candidate should also be aware of region-specific issues requiring cultural sensitivity and further investigation where applicable.
* Auditing Expertise:
Proven ability to carry out supplier compliance assessments, including confidential worker interviews, employment record reviews, and wage tests with related calculations.
* Language Proficiency:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian (mandatory) and English.
* Travel Flexibility and Time Management:
Willingness and ability to travel extensively and frequently. The candidate must demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently under varying conditions.
