We are seeking a Business Development to work remotely for one of our valued clients. Our client is a social media video content platform for creating and sharing short lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos and with offices in most EMEA and AMS countries.
We are seeking results-driven and proactive Business Development to join our client's team on a fixed-term contract. In this fully remote role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify high-potential opportunities and help grow the business.
Identify, research, and engage prospective sellers
Lead outreach efforts through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate effective conversations
Conduct discovery calls to understand partner/seller needs and communicate our value proposition effectively
Support end-to-end onboarding, registration, and activation of new sellers
Assess seller/partner fit and potential to grow GMV on our platform
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continued support for signed partners
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs related to seller acquisition and GMV performance
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (English and Italian)
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Experience in seller acquisition within a digital platform or marketplace
Background in E-Commerce
