Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Gallarate Role Description: Main Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via Zendesk in English, ensuring timely responses and effective resolutions. - Create and print shipping labels through carriers. - Provide post-sales support, including handling returns and refunds. - Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure proper shipment handling. - Maintain customer data and orders in Shopify (preferred). - Address any issues related to orders and shipments with a customer satisfaction-focused approach. Requirements: - Essential English proficiency (C2 level or native). - Previous experience in customer service, preferably with Zendesk. - Ability to work in an organized and independent manner. - Familiarity with e-commerce management software, preferably Shopify. - Experience with creating and managing shipping labels for carriers. - Problem-solving skills and stress management. - Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. Plus: - Knowledge of additional languages. - Experience using shipping platforms. Working hours: Full time, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a lunch break.
