About the job

We see ourselves as a bunch of young, talented people that want to progress our careers. Currently, we are a team of +150 people from +14 nationalities operating from our offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Milan, and Madrid. You will be part of the Italian team at the Milan office, where your main objective is to support revenue growth by:

* Generating new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the Italian market, focusing on the Formalize product.
* Identifying, contacting, and communicating with potential customers or partners to organize client meetings.
* Acting as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards potential customers, building brand awareness for our solutions and services.
* Designing prospecting strategies and reaching out to set up meetings for our Account Executives.
* Occasionally supporting our Customer Success team in Denmark with onboarding Italian clients.
* Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot.

Qualifications and expectations

* Native proficiency in Italian and professional proficiency in English.
* Able to work 40 hours/week at the Milan office.
* Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
* Drive and motivation are most important.
* Responsible, positive, and proactive with strong communication skills.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools (e.g., SalesForce, HubSpot) is a plus.
