Responsabilità
* Support the Director in staff management and shift scheduling, and in preparing purchase orders.
* Coordinate and execute the dining service, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
* Supervise the proper operation of the dining and kitchen shift.
* Assist the Director in opening and closing operations of the outlet.
Requisiti
* Experience in hospitality, preferably in commercial contexts or similar.
* Knowledge of dining service.
* Results orientation.
* Ability to organize, analyze, and solve problems.
