Responsibilities:

* Support dealers in their daily activities related to parts & accessories business
* Daily use of Electronic Parts Catalogue and IT parts systems
* Preparation and handling of purchase orders to suppliers (headquarter and local suppliers)
* Handle the customs clearance of parts arriving from China (documents, relation with customs duty supplier, etc)
* Keep relationship with 3PL suppliers and logistic suppliers
* Parts stock analysis and purchase order planning to suppliers (mostly Headquarter)
* Bill Of Material analysis for new models
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience as parts specialist, in national sales companies or dealerships (Automotive is a plus)
* Good knowledge of parts software (EPCs, WMS, etc)
* Good relationship skills
* Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
