Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design & Planning– Develop and refine architectural concepts, master plans, and drawings to meet functional, aesthetic, and sustainability goals.
Project Coordination & Execution– Collaborate with stakeholders, oversee design implementation, and resolve construction-related issues.
Compliance & Regulatory Approvals– Ensure adherence to building codes, manage permits, and coordinate with authorities for approvals.
Technical Expertise & Quality Control– Review technical details, inspect construction sites, and address design modifications.
Sustainability & Innovation– Integrate sustainable practices and explore innovative, cost-effective architectural solutions.
Leadership & Team Development– Mentor teams, lead design discussions, and foster collaboration within the team.
Client & Stakeholder Communication– Present designs, incorporate feedback, and align architecture with business strategy.
Risk Management & Problem-Solving– Identify and mitigate design risks while adapting to project constraints.
Documentation & Reporting– Maintain records, track design progress, and ensure proper documentation for compliance and future reference.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in architecture, preferably in real estate development.
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
Experience in project coordination, budgeting, and cost management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Professional architectural license (preferred but not required, based on location).
Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
