Private Equity-backed industrial company operating in the automotive components sector is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and support the company's growth and value creation strategy.
The CFO will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and the Private Equity fund, ensuring strong financial governance, operational performance monitoring, and supporting potential M&A initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial controlling within manufacturing environments, with the ability to translate operational data into strategic financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Finance function, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, planning and treasury
* Manage budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning
* Strengthen industrial controlling, monitoring margins by product, plant and customer
* Provide strategic financial insights to support operational and commercial decision-making
* Prepare monthly reporting and KPI analysis for the Private Equity shareholders
* Optimize working capital and financial structure
* Manage relationships with banks, advisors and external auditors
* Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration
Requirements
* Significant experience in finance leadership roles within manufacturing or automotive environments
* Strong background in industrial controlling
* Experience working with Private Equity investors is a plus
* Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
* Strong analytical and leadership skills
* Fluency in English and Italian
