Job Description
This role is accountable for the validation and maintenance of purchase receipt images/e-receipts and carrying out manual audits on a selected sample from these received images/e-receipts to manually transcribe the data.
RESPOSIBILITIES
- Perform completeness and quality validations on purchase receipt images/e-receipts:
- Daily checks to ensure we receive receipt pictures every day
- Weekly manual checks on a sample of receipts based on KPI revisions and alerts
- Various monthly checks including detection of fraudulent/misleading panelist behavior, barcode and codebook dictionary accuracy"
- Manually correct receipts that were incorrectly transcribed using sample of automatic extractions as an input
- Perform various maintenance activities:
- Codebook configuration file
- Identify new receipt descriptions for known codebook items and add them to the codebook dictionary file
- Identify and remove keywords or other receipt lines that have to be discarded during the extraction
- Integrate new receipt formats
- Detection of reused barcodes and new products
Qualifications
- Bachelor's any graduate (freshers can also apply)
- Highly motivated and self-driven without requiring any supervision
- Preference given to Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, BBA graduates
- Proven analytical skills and passionate about analyzing data
- A high degree of attention to detail, accuracy of the results and cross-validation of assumptions
- Problem solving skills and the ability to pursue & implement different solutions
- ** Excellent communication skills to interact with a wide range of stakeholders coming from different geographical & cultural backgrounds - both verbal & written (English & Italian )**
