Finance Coordinator for Italy, Iberia and Benelux + Nordics, based in Milan, on a temporary basis. Mattel seeks a candidate eager to learn and develop in a multinational environment. This role offers exposure to a challenging, international setting and career growth opportunities.

What Your Impact Will Be
In this position you’ll be primarily involved in benefits deductions management, working closely with Sales, Collections, Customer Fulfillment & Accounting teams.
Your Main Responsibilities
* Tracking and analysis of Benefit Deductions for the mentioned markets, including:
* Benefits Deductions management and clean-up efforts with Commercial Team and Collections.
* Follow up on Claims deductions and preparation of credit notes clearance documentation and invoice templates for booking in AP.
* Support information on Audit requests.
* Monthly, Quarterly and Year-End Actuals Close.
* AR/AP management and Customer Aging follow up.
What We’re Looking For
* 1-2 years of Finance experience in a multinational environment would be desirable.
* Fluent in English, Italian & Spanish is a must.
* Strong MS Office knowledge. Proficient in MS Excel, able to manipulate complex raw data.
* Excellent attention to detail, with a proactive nature.
* Able to identify and address process improvements and share expertise with others.
* Willingness to take responsibility and ability to learn quickly and work independently.
* Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with a large number of stakeholders.
* Positive attitude, can-do mindset.
