Risponde a: SERVICE MANAGER Obiettivi del ruolo: Service Specialist per seguire i processi di Service declinati nelle tre attività: - Spare Parts - Upgrades & Retrofits - Services & Trainings Principali responsabilità ed attività: - Achieves the Order Bookings budget for the assigned sales areas and business segments at budgeted margin level (targets for Net and Gross Profits) - Directly manages relationships with customers and business partners (cooperations), to provide full satisfaction - Manages and follows the full process, from offer to delivery (not including Procurement and/or Logistics and7or administration) - Establishes complete offer management and adjusts sales prices by monitoring internal cost breakdowns, purchase costs and overheads versus market prices from competitors as well as customer budgets - Identify opportunities to maximize profits - Contract negotiations with optimization of terms and projected cash flow - Maintain Sales tools and processes - Keep reporting and forecasting content (CRM) up to date on a weekly basis - Collection of general Marketing information (project and investment plans on Services, customer info, product and technology trends, competition info). - Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, representatives, distributors and other market players in the assigned area - Develop business plans for specific Sales activities (define the budget of allocated area or business segments) and special projects - Assists the annual marketing plan (define exhibitions and conferences, events, methods to promote Ocem / Ampegon in existing and future business segments) - Responsibility to maintain company ISO 9001 quality assurance process for Sales, including monitoring, adjustment of processes and training. - Contributes to Promotes new product developments and ideas for upgrades and new activities Titolo di studio, esperienza e altre conoscenze richieste: - Technical degree (Engineering or Computer Science; Physics) - English language abilities - Optional German Competenze hard (conoscenze tecniche specifiche): - Power Electronics knowledge Competenze soft (caratteristiche personali): - Methodic - Team orientation to results - Resource management and motivation skills - Team player skills - Skills to deal with different cultures / religions / habits - Adaptability / flexibility - Ability to travel internationally and remotely - Reliability (planning, compliance with deadlines and commitments, fairness)
