This is a permanent position within a structured engineering team, offering competitive salary and clear technical growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities- Convert 3D models into manufacturable mold designs- Design molds and tooling for composite material production- Create detailed CAD models and technical drawings using Rhino (Rhinoceros 3D)- Prepare CAM data for CNC machining- Support prototype development and tooling improvements- Work closely with engineering and production teams- Prepare and review technical documents in EnglishRequired Qualifications- Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field- Good knowledge of Rhino (Rhinoceros 3D)- Basic understanding of CAD/CAM systems- Ability to read and write technical documents in English- Strong attention to detail and technical mindsetPreferred Qualifications- Experience in composite materials (prepreg, infusion, autoclave)- Experience in mold or tooling design- Basic knowledge of CNC machining- Team-oriented with good problem-solving skillsWe offer a supportive and innovative work environment, a competitive salary, and real career development within a growing technical department.
