About the Role: Reporting both to the Country Security Manager and to the local HR Manager, the Security Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing the local security design concerning People and Assets & Goods in coordination with Group Security. Enforces and continuously improves Ferrero Security Management System at local level ensuring, through a risk mitigation and cost-conscious approach, the effective protection of Ferrero People, Physical Assets, Goods, Key Processes and knowhow. Look after different security related aspects, including Local Security Intelligence, Physical Security, Logistical Security, Executive Protection, Travel Security, Incident Management, Fraud Investigation, Due Diligence, Security Training and Threat and Risk Assessments concerning the production factory, offices, warehouses and Plant, as well as all local business operation processes in coordination with Group Security. Promote improvement actions and share best practices among the Security community within the Area. Main Responsabilities: - Responsible for planning, developing and implementing local security plans and programs such as Emergency Response and Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management and / or Investigation according to Group security guidelines - Effectively interfaces with Group Security Department, local Management and interested Functions (cross Function approach) to ensure that security issues are addressed in a timely manner - Leads internal investigation process, including planning, organizing and conducting investigations of alleged violations of the law, breaches of the corporate ethics policy, theft, fraud, conflict of interest, bribery, embezzlement and unauthorized disclosure and/or theft of Ferrero proprietary information - Conducts periodical security assessments and deploys security solutions / measures to mitigate risks - Responsible to perform annual risk analysis for the country, particularly with respect to level of crime, terrorism, workplace violence, medical issues, threats from natural and man-made disasters - Responsible for providing leadership, advice and counsel to local management on security policy and practices and on the expenditures of resources for protection of Ferrero assets where compromise or loss of these assets could seriously effect Ferrero business - Establishes and maintains excellent interface and communication channels with Country constituencies, including law enforcement, intelligence agencies, federal, state, and local law enforcement and key national and international security organizations - Manages, leads and provides enhanced security awareness training programs to Ferrero employees and security staffCoordinates and supervises the security services within the productive sites, drafting and implementing security procedures compliant with the Ferrero policies Who we are looking for: REQUIRED: - High school, degree preferred, - Relevant experience in Security workplace, - Strong analytical skills and business knowledge to identify issues and provide potential solutions, - Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, exceptional communicator, strong critical throught process, ability to create new solutions, - Fluent in English (any other European language is a plus), - International mobility.
