Skillful Training Specialist
Are you an expert in training and development? We are looking for a skilled Training Specialist to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience as a IT Application Trainer, Learning Facilitator, or Learning and Development Specialist. Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is essential, with practical experience in training end users on platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Salesforce etc..
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful and engaging learning activities to enable adoption for organizational CRM Transformation. You will also assist in training needs analysis and collect training feedback from training participants to enhance future training sessions.
We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and presentation skills, who can tailor learning needs to match the needs of the organization. Experience using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) and managing training schedules and delivery logistics across different time zones is a plus.
As a Training Specialist, you will work closely with developers to unit test and verify that solutions meet the requested business requirements. You will also maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of training materials, schedules, and feedback.

Main Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on ERP and CRM systems for end users, employees, and Subject Matter Experts.
* Develop and implement training courses for employees including refresher training.
* Provide training support for integrated enterprise systems such as Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, and other business applications.
* Assist in the preparation of formal project communications, user guides, and training materials to support system rollouts and process changes.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
* 2-3 years' experience as a IT Application Trainer, Learning Facilitator, or Learning and Development Specialist.
* Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
* Experience using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
* Ability to manage training schedules and delivery logistics across different time zones.
