To support the growth of this ambitious project, we are looking for an experienced and highly organized E-Commerce Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced and expanding team.

Main duties and responsibilities:Monitor warehouse stock levels and ensure timely product restocking;Organize shelving and optimize the handling, preparation, and movement of goods; setting up spaces and shelving, improving the general layout of the warehouse to optimise product picking, preparing incoming and outgoing orders.Manage daily outbound shipments, collaborate with couriers and freight forwarders, and act as the main point of contact for all logistics partners, continuously working to improve delivery costs and timelines;Track shipped orders and manage return processes; coordinate with the sales team to follow up on in-progress or partially fulfilled orders;Handle incoming supplier orders, verify deliveries and packing slips; oversee customer returns, restocking, and coordinate with the finance team to process refunds;Use order management and inventory systems daily, including regular use of barcode scanning tools;Identify and propose improvements to the overall logistics workflow, including storage, picking, and shipping procedures;Prepare KPI reports to monitor performance;Collaborate closely with the Purchasing, Customer Care, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely flow of goods, order updates, and refund processing.
Main skills and competencies required:Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably as a coordinator;Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and shipping tools (e.g., ShippyPro);A background in e-commerce/digital retail environments will be a strong plus;Strong integrity and ethical conduct;Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;Proficiency in English and Italian;Excellent interpersonal skills;Be a team player with a pro-active approach;Be confident in the daily use of IT programme and Microsoft suite.
