Job Purpose
We are looking for a
Junior EHS Specialist*
to temporarily join our Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) team at RECORDATI – Campoverde Chemical Plant, providing support to daily operations within a structured industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
* support the EHS team in ensuring the site operates safely and in full compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations;
* Contribute to risk assessments and the identification of preventive and protective measures;
* support EHS Manager in the relevant EHS issues by guaranteeing that EHS problems are correctly managed;
* Help prepare EHS procedures and instructions and documentation;
* Prepare and deliver training sessions on EHS topics, and support the organization of training programs for internal personnel;
* Assist in the implementation and improvement of EHS-related management software tools;
* Support the update and management of risk documentation;
* Collaborate with other departments to provide technical and regulatory support;
* Contribute to maintaining environmental certifications (e.g. ISO and environmental permits (e.g. AIA);
* Take part in internal audits and periodic checks of the management systems.
Required Education
* Master Degree in Engineering (e.g. preferably Chemical, Industrial) or equivalent school background
Required Skills And Experience
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, proactive attitude;
* Good English knowledge;
* Nice to have: previous experience in chemical or industrial plants; basic knowledge of key HSE regulations (e.g. D.Lgs. 81/08, D.Lgs. 105/15, D.Lgs. 152/06, ISO 14001, ISO
