Brief Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Junior Key Account to join the Sales team of a leading multinational food company. This role is based in Athens and reports directly to the Group Key Account Manager. The main mission will be to support the development of sustainable business for the allocated customers, for all Barilla categories, with a strong orientation for business growth in line with the company’s sales strategy. The Juniot Key Account will be responsible for supporting our portfolio of major key accounts, in cooperation with the Group Key Account Manager and directly managing smaller accounts.
Key Accountabilities
Contributing in sales and profit targets by supporting sales team across all customers in alignment with company’s growth plans .
Supporting the annual business plan development, execution and monitoring, in cooperation with Trade Marketing.
Assisting in the preparation of annual agreement negotiations in line with company’s guidelines and objectives.
Participating in the coordination of the Sales Field team in order to develop and monitor in store fundamentals features.
Analysing customer activities data to support decision making and improve effectiveness.
Qualifications
University Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering. Master’s degree will be considered as wan asset.
Up to 4 years of experience in the FMCG industry, within Sales/ Trade Marketing Department. Field sales experience would be appreciated.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Project management skills, “can do” attitude and strive for excellence, with ability to make sound decisions within established guidelines
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communicational skills
Analytical & numerical skills
Fluency in Greek & business English
The expected starting date is July 2026
