Primary ResponsibilitiesAs tempo pieno Analyst of M&A; Advisory Italy, you will have the chance to work in a well structured team supporting all the activities associated to the marketing and execution of M&A; mandates – including preparation of marketing material, company valuations, financial modelling and deal execution.What we expect from youEducation: Master degree in Economics, Business Administration or Finance; Master degree in Management Engineering (Specialization in Finance).
