Start & Go Innovative Solutions is building and growing a new team of IT specialists to develop and implement customized IT solutions for high-profile clients.

The company currently has five operational offices in Italy: Siena (Headquarters), Rome, Milan, Bologna, Parma.
Work Location: Full-remote with occasional requests for presence at our offices. The hiring location can be at any of the operational sites.

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will participate in activities for one or more projects:
* Developing custom software based on modern technologies, supported by senior colleagues who will guide your growth.
* Working on functional analysis and engaging directly with clients from the start, attending meetings that will give you full exposure to all project aspects, while developing communication and problem-solving skills with the support of senior colleagues.

Contract Type
Depending on the candidate's skills, we offer two options:
* If during interviews, skills are assessed as not immediately suitable for autonomous work (or within 1-2 weeks of onboarding), an internship (curricular or extracurricular) of up to 6 months is offered, leading to a permanent apprenticeship contract.
* If skills are assessed as suitable for immediate autonomous work (or within 1-2 weeks of onboarding), an immediate permanent apprenticeship contract is offered.
Compensation
* Salary based on experience, applicable to all types of employment, including internships, which will also be paid.
