In this role, following an intensive 6- to 12-month training period (likely as a sales account manager), you’ll directly support the CEO in decision-making and execution when it comes to sales account management decisions. Your exact responsibilities will depend on the priorities of the commercial organization and may vary widely. What will remain constant, however, is the highly hands-on nature of the work—you’ll be embedded in the most critical revenue, growth, and go-to-market challenges we face. For example, coordinate the launch of a new revenue stream, manage a pricing strategy overhaul, or lead the commercial integration of an acquisition. /liliRepresent the CEO in sales meetings. For example, you may attend a weekly sales team meeting on behalf of the CEO—ask questions, summarize outcomes, and flag decisions. /liliHelp teams focus on what matters. For example, design a quarterly sales review, gather input from across growth, product, and marketing, and highlight both successes and blockers. /liliDive into tasks like financial planning, hiring strategy, or team operations. For example, refine the go-to-market playbook, identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel, or coordinate with Product to improve monetization. /li /ulh3What we look for /h3ulliReasoning ability. Typically, we offer an individual at the start of their career a salary of 83,997 in the UK and 80,457 elsewhere. For a candidate that we assess as possessing considerable relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between 110,389 and 149,636 in the UK, and 105,737 and 143,330 elsewhere. Pay grows rapidly as you accumulate experience and translate it into greater impact. You can also receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut. /li /ulh3The selection process /h3pIf you pass our screening, we’ll ask you to take on a few tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems.
