Our community of more than 190,000 dedicated employees worldwide is driving the transformation of the eyewear and eyecare industry.Your RoleThis position will support the Licensing and Collaborations business for contracts and legal advice globally, focusing in particular on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating licensing, co‐branding, and product partnership contracts.Main Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate brand license, co‐branding, and product partnership contracts.Support day‐by‐day performance of trademark license contracts and provide legal advice on existing licenses.Manage the repository of documents, conduct comparative analysis of contract clauses, create templates, and identify best practices.
Main Requirements
Law degree; bar admission is a plus but not mandatory.8–10 years in‐house experience at an international company and/or with a well‐known international law firm.Experience drafting licensing and co‐branding contracts.Knowledge of intellectual property law and IP contract practices in the fashion industry.Product law knowledge is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication with all levels of management, teamwork, accuracy, humility, passion, proactivity, flexibility, strong organization and coordination, attention to detail.
