The Revenue Growth Manager will be responsible for analyzing price, promo, PPA, mix, and Trade Strategies to support business decisions aligned with Salty Snack strategy.
Through the 5 RGM pillars (Pricing, PPA, promo, mix, and trade strategy), the Revenue Growth Manager analyzes and develops tools to enhance business conduct, drive sales growth, and improve category profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create reports to evaluate sales performance and assist Senior Category Manager with recommendations for improvement
* Develop and present guidelines for promotions and trade strategies
* Identify pricing opportunities through market analysis
* Support PPA projects with data analysis
* Lead analysis for mix and promo optimization to inform decision-making
* Assist in price and promo analysis to optimize category plans
* Develop tools aligned with European processes to meet Italian requirements
* Promote understanding of P&L and tools across the organization
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong analytical skills and understanding of P&L
* Ability to collaborate across functions (Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance, CBU)
* Clear communication and presentation skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and databases (Nielsen, IRI)
* Positive, proactive attitude
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
* 2-3 years of experience in similar roles within FMCG multinational companies
