As the business scales rapidly, they're seeking an HR Business Partner to lead people-first initiatives, advise senior leadership, and manage a small HR team - a strategic role at the intersection of growth, innovation, and culture.
Offerta
* Partner with senior leaders across Engineering, Product, and Data to design and implement people strategies that support business goals.
* Manage and develop a team of 2-3 HR professionals focused on operations, people development, and employee engagement.
* Lead workforce planning, performance management cycles, and strategic org design.
* Act as a coach and thought partner to leaders, helping them build stronger teams and scalable cultures.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives and oversee critical touchpoints across the employee journey - onboarding, internal mobility, retention, exit.
* Work with our global Centers of Excellence (L&D, Comp & Ben, Talent Acquisition) to localize and deliver high-impact programs.
* Use data to challenge assumptions, make smart decisions, and measure what matters.
Competenze ed esperienza
* 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting tech or digital teams.
* Experience managing or mentoring HR professionals - you develop others and lead by example.
* Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and comfort with ambiguity.
* Coaching mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
* Experience in fast-growing, matrixed organizations - scale-ups, multinationals, or digital natives.
* Fluency in Italian and English is a must.
* A bias for action. A sense of ownership. A belief that culture is a competitive advantage.
