Localyte, a deep‐tech startup part of the G‐nous network, is seeking a senior, technically‐operational lead to own the technical roadmap and transform R&D into a robust, testable, and integrable product.
Responsibilities
* Define and guide the technical product roadmap.
* Own the software architecture and make major technology choices.
* Supervise and improve data pipelines, training, validation, and deployment.
* Work on the core product in AI, sensor fusion, and localisation.
* Coordinate internal and external technical collaborators.
* Support demonstration, PoC, and integration with industrial partners.
* Structure development, testing, documentation, and versioning processes.
* Interface with clients, partners, and investors on technical topics.
Essential Requirements
* Excellent command of Python.
* Experience with machine learning on real, noisy, or time‐series data.
* Knowledge of sensor fusion, inertial navigation, GNSS, state estimation, or related domains.
* Experience taking prototypes to MVP, PoC, or industrial products.
* Ability to define software architecture and set technical priorities.
* Strong communication skills for technical and non‐technical audiences.
* Pragmatic mindset and strong operational autonomy.
Preferred Requirements
* Experience in robotics, drones, aerospace, automotive, ADAS, or autonomous systems.
* Experience with PyTorch or similar frameworks.
* Familiarity with Linux, Git, Docker, and cloud environments.
* Familiarity with edge or near‐real‐time deployment.
* Experience managing small technical teams.
* Central role in product development and technical decision‐making.
* Direct contribution to building the company's technical function.
* Hands‐on work on highly technology‐intensive problems.
* Fast‐paced environment with strong exposure to product, customers, and strategy.
* Full remote position with occasional in‐person meetings/events scheduled in advance.
* Salary: €30.000 – €40.000 (based on experience).
* Equity package to be defined based on profile and responsibility level.
