We are looking for a passionate colleague who will play a key role in our HR digital transformation journey. You will be part of the Global Human Resources team and you will leverage digital innovation to enhance our employee experience and drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our strategic HR processes. What you will do
Support the Global HR leadership in defining and executing the Digital innovation strategic agenda in alignment with key trends in the HR Technology space. Partner with the Global HR Centers of Excellence in optimizing and innovating people processes and employee experience. Support the maintenance of our core HCM platform (Workday) ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Lead our HCM platform evolution projects. Provide consultancy services, training and support HR team members and end-users on HR digital functionalities.
Qualification
Degree in Economics / Engineering / Computer Science or similar. Knowledge of English language at minimum B2 level. Proven experience in a similar position within large multinationals or leading consulting firms. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Experience working in international and multicultural environments. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point). Workday knowledge would be considered a plus; International experience would be considered a plus.
