Full-time contract with flexible hours
Fully remote (with regular multi-day meetups / retreats every couple of months)
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain the customer dashboard with a strong emphasis on UX / UI
Optimize front-end performance
Integrate with backend services and APIs
Solve AI engineering–related problems
RequirementsCore Tech StackNext.js (App Router & Server Components)
Node.js (and Express.js)
React
TypeScript
Tailwind CSS
Postgres
Premio SkillsExperience or strong interest in AI / Context Engineering (e.g. OpenAI APIs, building RAG systems, etc.)
Soft SkillsFlexible and adaptable mindset in a startup environment
Willingness to learn and experiment with new tech
Passion for programming
Self-discipline for remote work, with openness to monthly in-person meetings
Location RequirementMust be based in or near Northern Italy (or able to attend periodic in-person meetings)
