Role Summary
International School of Bergamo is seeking a Teacher of Physics – High School who will adapt quickly to a new and exciting learning environment. We want an enthusiastic professional, preferably with experience of the International Baccalaureate, willing to use flexible strategies in a class with students from different language backgrounds.

Responsibilities
* Have relative teaching experience at middle/high school level.
* Teaching the IB is a distinct advantage; candidates with experience in the Diploma Programme will be given priority.
* Engage students at all levels.
* Play an active part and collaborate with members of the middle and high school department.
* Commit to high standards, use a constructivist approach to learning, and promote international understanding.
* Show initiative, flexibility, creativity and organisational skills.
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status.
* Bachelor’s degree or above.
* Hold an EU passport or have already obtained the right to be employed in Italy.
* Knowledge and skills in ICT literacy.
* The ability to teach other subjects is an added advantage.
