Job DescriptionMisión del cargo: Dar soporte al equipo de M&I en la gestión integral de reclamos relacionados con contenedores (daños, discrepancias, facturación, off-hire, inspecciones, disputas con depots/proveedores y soporte documental), asegurando trazabilidad, cumplimiento de lineamientos GVA y tiempos de respuesta eficientes.
Estudios: Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales o afines.
Experiencia: 2 a 3 años en funciones relacionadas a mantenimiento y reparación de contenedores (navieras, exportadoras, depósitos, terminales).
Qualifications and Experience
Excel: intermedio
Inglés: intermedio
Power BI (deseable)
