This role is ideal for passionate individuals who love technology and enjoy interacting with customers. In this position' you will provide exceptional support in Italian' helping customers with their inquiries related to consumer electronics products and services. Key Responsibilities - Manage customer inquiries regarding consumer electronics products' including features' specifications' and troubleshooting assistance via phone' email' and chat in Italian. - Provide product information and help customers understand how to make the best use of their devices. - Assist customers with warranty claims and service requests' ensuring a seamless experience. - Resolve issues and complaints efficiently' ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the interaction. - Maintain clear and detailed documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system. - Collaborate with product and technical support teams to address customer concerns effectively. - Keep up to date with the latest consumer electronics trends and product launches to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, proficiency in English or Greek is a plus. - Previous experience in customer service' preferably in the consumer electronics industry. - Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical inquiries with confidence. - Interest in consumer electronics and the latest technology trends. - Proficient in using CRM systems and general office applications. - Availability to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays if necessary.
